Fulfillment Policy

Shipping and Delivery:

Orders placed before 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT) will typically ship within 1 to 3 business days. We accept payments via Stripe and Cash App. All transactions are processed in USD.

Standard shipping is via USPS Priority, unless otherwise specified. For larger orders that exceed USPS size or weight limits, we can arrange shipping through another carrier of your choice.

Please note: Hyphal Healing is not responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to strikes, natural disasters, labor shortages, transportation disruptions, government regulations, or force majeure events. Once the package is handed off to the carrier in good condition, the buyer assumes all responsibility for any damage, loss, or injury during transit. These risks do not affect the buyer’s payment obligations.


Pricing and Availability:

For up-to-date pricing and product availability, please contact us directly. Please note that pricing does not include international shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.


Returns and Damages:

We do not accept returns without prior written approval. If you receive any damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately with a copy of the carrier’s freight bill. Claims for product defects, damage, or discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 15 days of receiving your order. After this period, claims will no longer be accepted.

If your order was marked as backordered, please note that it is considered incomplete until the backordered items are fulfilled.


Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please contact Customer Service immediately by phone, then confirm via email at info@hyphalhealing.com. Cancellations are subject to approval by Hyphal Healing.


Refunds:

Refunds for canceled orders, whether initiated by the customer or Hyphal Healing, will be processed within 24 hoursand credited to the payment method on file.
